  1. Headlines is a submenu of the Outline menu. Its commands determine the level of your outline that will be displayed, including subheadlines and wrapped headlines. When chosen, the submenu displays with the following commands:

  3. Expand Subheads    Displays the collapsed, subordinate headlines one level below the current selection.

  5. Collapse Subheads    Collapses and temporarily hides from view the subheadlines of the currently selected headline.

  7. Expand All    Expands all levels of subheads. Expand All will not expand document windows or folded headlines.
  8.  
  9. Fold Text    Folds the text of a wrapped headline to display only the first line of the headline.
  10.  
  11. Fold All    Folds the text of wrapped headlines to display only the first line of these headlines. Fold All affects the currently selected headline and its subheadlines and includes levels that are not currently expanded or visible.

  13. Unfold All    Unfolds and displays the complete text of wrapped headlines. This command affects all sublevel, wrapped headlines.
